Tío Pepe Festival: This summer the music is alive in Jerez

From La Gitanilla we love to enjoy our city and what better way to do it than combining music, wine and gastronomy in such a magical environment as our famous González Byass wineries.

I’m talking about the Tío Pepe Festival, a unique event in Jerez where you can enjoy the summer nights in a different atmosphere.

This year the Tío Pepe Festival is called “more than a festival, a lifestyle”. An event that has positioned itself in the Jerez calendar and that last year attracted more than 65,000 people.

And if you are looking for the best gastronomy, you have the option of the Star Dinners. A culinary cycle that will take place in the González Byass wine cellars on 22 July with María José Martínez from the Michelin-starred Lienzo restaurant.

The gastronomic proposal of the “Cena de las Estrellas” will be joined by that of the restaurant El Huaso, which will be present at González Byass on the nights of 2 and 9 August. It is run by the Jerez-born Carlos Martel. You will also be able to enjoy the experience of the Pedro Nolasco Restaurant, located in the emblematic Ciegos street, led by chef Alejandro Bazán.
