Undoubtedly a gastronomic and cultural experience in which we can help you!
Flamenco
Jerez is undoubtedly the cradle of flamenco art, so there are plenty of reasons to know its origins.
A flamenco tablao is a place where flamenco shows take place and which have an atmosphere with references to this Andalusian art. The most passionate of this art usually refer to them as “flamenco temples” and it is not surprising.
Enjoy dinner, lunch, tapas or a glass of sherry and visit every flamenco corner of the city. You can also take classes and even rent or buy a flamenco dress, living a unique and totally Andalusian experience.
Experiences that will undoubtedly remain in your memory and in which we will be happy to advise you.
Wine Experiences
Jerez is a land of wineries, so visiting some of the most emblematic of the city becomes an experience worth remembering.
In them you can not only visit the winery, also taste their wines and even take some of the appetizers that best accompany it.
But to put the finishing touch, what better than to go to one of its vineyards, a place to get lost and see the wonderful scenery of the Jerez countryside where culture and tradition are mixed. Places to visit if you want to know the origin of the wines.
Remember that with our help you will discover why Jerez and its wineries are part of the history of wine, something that will make you feel almost in another era.
Local festivals
If you are looking for parties in Jerez, you couldn’t come to a better place in the world. In this land you can breathe art and fun in any of its wide variety of festivals that take place throughout the year.
There are a thousand excuses to come to Jerez, from Christmas, with its emblematic Zambombas with Christmas songs, through Holy Week, which is one of the most important in Andalusia and an event of great cultural interest, the great Horse Fair, in which flamenco, wine and good atmosphere are the protagonists by exception, to the Harvest Fair, which is characteristic and unique to our city thanks to its traditional treading of the grapes. Not forgetting the Motorcycle World Championship, where people from all over the world come to roar their motorcycles.
Visiting the city on one of these days is definitely one of the best choices to live the city to the fullest, and thanks to its good weather you can come at any time of the year.
Equestrian art
Equestrian Art is not an exhibition with a great variety of movements and different gaits executed by the same horse, but rather the preservation of the tranquility, flexibility and delicacy of the horse during its execution, which is identified as the finest ballet or performance of an orchestra or watching a play; in which all movements and sounds are perfectly coupled and harmonized. Enjoy the equestrian ballet exhibition with Spanish music and costumes from the 18th century and learn “How the Andalusian horses dance” in the Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Escuestre.
Visit the Yeguada de la Cartuja, near Jerez, where you will discover one of the most important reserves of prestigious thoroughbred Andalusian horses. You will also see dressage exhibitions, stallions at liberty, young foals and much more.
Between two seas. Next to Jerez and next to Cadiz, in the shadow of Benalup Casas Viejas, you will find the Carrascal, the farm where the Torrestrella fighting bulls and Alvaro Domecq’s horses graze.
If you want more, remember that you can also go horseback riding on the beach or in the mountains and even take personalized lessons, you can’t miss it!
