Accommodation & Charm

Andalusian Decree-Law 13/2020 of 18 May,1 which, among others, establishes measures relating to hotel establishments, includes in its Chapter I the organisation of these establishments, as well as the regulation of their technical conditions and the provision of services.

In this respect, Article 25 of the aforementioned Decree-Law provides as follows:

  1. Hotel establishments shall have internal rules and regulations which shall establish mandatory rules for users during their stay, without contravening the provisions of Law 13/2011, of 23 December,2 or of this Chapter.
  2. The internal rules and regulations shall always be available to users and shall be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible and easily accessible place in the establishment. These regulations shall be publicised on the establishment’s own website, if such a website exists.
  3. In our accommodation we may request the assistance of the Security Forces and Bodies to evict from the same those who do not comply with the internal regulations, do not comply with the usual rules of social coexistence or seek to access or remain in the same for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011, of 23 December.

ABOUT THE GUEST AND RULES OF LA GITANILLA ACCOMMODATION & CHARM

  1. A guest of La Gitanilla Alojamiento & Encanto is only and exclusively considered to be the person or persons who have completed the Check in process and have signed the registration form. We reserve the right to refuse admission in the event of inappropriate behaviour on arrival or during the stay.
  2. In order to locate the guest at any time and facilitate communication, the guest agrees to provide their telephone number.
  3. Fees are not subject to refund under any circumstances or conditions.
  4. The guest must always carry the room keys and is responsible for them in case of loss or misplacement (replacement cost €50).
  5. If the key to the safe is lost, the guest will be obliged to replace the key or, failing that, the safe itself.
  6. The hotel is not responsible for inconveniences external to our property, municipal works, taxis, tickets, reservations.
  7. In the event that the room has been reserved and Check out is not carried out and the guest is not at the hotel and complies with the departure times. The hotel reserves the right to pack the guest’s luggage and store it in a storage room, without being responsible for the loss or misplacement of any valuable object.
  8. The hotel has a storage area for luggage for guests who need to stay until 1:00 p.m.
  9. Outsiders are not allowed to enter the facilities. If the guest is going to receive visitors, they must notify the staff in the facilities at that time.
  10. At check out the guest must hand over the room keys, otherwise a loss fee of €50 would be charged.
  11. The staff of La Gitanilla Alojamiento & Encanto will inspect the room upon Check-in, with the client being 100% responsible for paying for any missing or damaged items in said room at the time of Check-out.
  12. Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities except in authorized areas on the outdoor terrace.
  13. Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.
  14. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles parked in the parking spaces.
  15. If you wish to stay in the room after the established check out time, you must pay the price of one more night’s room according to the current rate at that time and as long as we have availability.
  16. Breakfasts will be served on the terrace whenever the weather permits, otherwise in our small breakfast room on the ground floor. Hours from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  17. The use of drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances is prohibited within any area of the accommodation, this infraction will be reported immediately to the corresponding authorities.
  18. It is not allowed to make noise from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. that could harm the sleep of other guests and may invite said noisy guests to remain silent or leave the establishment.
  19. Room cleaning is carried out during the day from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is suggested that the guest inform the reception if they want the accommodation staff to clean the room before 1:00 p.m. If not, they will not be I would do the cleaning that day.

  21. Our emergency telephone number from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. is located at the reception and on the information posters in your rooms.
  22. Reception service is available from 09.00h – 18.00h every day.
  23. Check in hours from 12.00h – 18.00h as long as rooms are available.
  24. The maximum arrival time for self check-in is 22.00h with at least 24 hours notice, in case of no-show the reservation will be considered no show.
  25. Check out time is 09.00-11.30h.
  26. The invoice can be requested once the Check out is done, as long as the amount of the reservation has been paid directly to our accommodation.
