The reservation system

The reservation system of LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO, through Internet, allows you to make reservations in real time, for any date of the year, according to the conditions established for this purpose.
It is essential in this application to provide your credit card number, to confirm your reservation, and your e-mail, to be able to send you any communication related to the state of your reservation.
This system allows you to make reservations for the same day of arrival.

Confirmation of reservations

The system will provide you with the data of the reservation made, together with a reservation number, which must be used for any other operation, consultation or communication.The reservation confirmation, provided by the system, will be subject to the validation of the data related to your credit card, by LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO. Consequently, if there are errors in the credit card provided, your reservation will be cancelled.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Once the cancellation policy is fulfilled you assume in all cases the total charge of your reservation, except special conditions dealt directly with the establishment.

If we are unable to charge your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Taxes and additional charges: VAT is included.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your reservation on our website up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

Except:

*Flamenco Festival – 7 days prior to arrival free of charge.

*Easter, Bridges and Summer (01 July – 30 September) 7 days prior to arrival free of charge.

*Motorcycle GP and Horse Fair 30 days prior to arrival without charge.

In all cases, late cancellations, early departures or no shows will have a penalty of 100% of the amount of the reservation.

Information security
All data provided by the user will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the reservation process of this establishment.

Interruption, inaccessibility or system failure
LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO is not responsible for the interruption, inaccessibility or failure of any other kind that the operation of the system may suffer, as a consequence of those that may occur in any telecommunication services or other accessories not related to this entity and necessary for the operation of the same.

General
To carry out any operation a minimum age of 18 years old is required.
The realization of any operation implies the full acceptance of the present general conditions.
LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO Y ENCANTO reserves the right to demand the corresponding responsibilities for the improper use of this system or the non-compliance of the rules included in the present general conditions.
The user will be the only responsible in case the use of the service is made in a defective, partial or erroneous way, or in case someone operates in his name or on his account.
LA GITANILLA ALOJAMIENTO&ENCANTO reserves the right to cancel the access to the reservation system to the users that misuse it and do not comply with the reservation policies.
For any controversies that may arise, the parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Jerez de la Frontera (11402-Cádiz).
